Shipping
American Car Craft manufactures its products and then hand processes and inspects each piece to ensure the highest standards before shipping. Due to this quality control process, please allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipping.
Warranty
American Car Craft LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser, for the original vehicle it was purchased for. Shipping on a defective item is covered under ACCs warranty.
The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered by warranty.
Defects/Returns
Products purchased through one of our distributors: If you have an item(s) that is defective you must inform the Company you purchased the item(s) from immediately. DO NOT return an item without receiving proper authorization. If a customer is unsatisfied with the product, feel free to contact the Company where the item was originally purchased from for their return policies. Company policies vary, so be sure to follow the procedures they provide.
Products purchased directly through ACC: If an item(s) was purchased directly through American Car Craft, please call ACC immediately at 727-861-1500 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). ACC requires the RGA# to be displayed on the outside of all packages returned to us. If an item is returned without a proper RGA# no credit will be given. If an item is defective, please contact us within seven (7) days. No claims will be allowed after seven (7) days. If a customer is unsatisfied with an item(s) and would like to return it to ACC, it must be returned with a proper RGA# within 30 days of reciept. Each product needs to be returned in like-new, resale condition with proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of the product. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Damage
All parts shipped through American Car Craft are insured for the amount of purchase. delivery of the products in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an item that is damaged, or missing merchandise, immediately notify the Shipping carrier and the Company the item was purchased from. Failure to contact the shipping company within 5 days may result in a claim being denied. Keep all shipping materials (box, packing, instructions, etc) intact until an inspection can be made by the carrier.
All ACC packaging has passed the UPS packaging standard tests. |
