Q: I have a lot of American Car Craft products on my car. Can my car be on your site?
YES! Please visit our Customer Gallery and upload as many pictures of your car or truck as you'd like.
Q: How long does it generally take before my part arrives?
Shipping time depends on where you live from our warehouse in Hudson, Florida. Generally, orders are shipped in 7-10 business days from order date. Your order is made from scratch using 304 stainless steel, ABS plastic, or carbon fiber so it's not out of the ordinary for it to take up to 14 days for our fabricators to finish your part. If you've ordered a custom product, please be patient as these parts tend to take longer than a piece we already have in production.
Q: What is the difference between your stainless accessories and other mass produced accessories commonly found in retail stores?
All of our products are cut by precision industrial lasers. Then, each piece is hand finished by our skilled craftsmen, in the USA, to fit your vehicle. Each part goes through multiple processing stages, and is checked by our production specialists after each step.
Q: Do you offer options for Rush Shipping and Processing?
No. All of our products are made to order and ship in 7-10 business days from order date. Due to the custom nature of our products and high sales volume generated by our distributor network, we are unable to accommodate "rush orders", many of our vendors stock a variety of our products. Please contact one of our many vendor partners for availability of our products. Click here to find a Dealer in your area.
Q: What kinds of materials are used when making your products?
We use only the highest grade 304 stainless steel available! Finish options include polished, brushed or black powder coated. Other materials used include real carbon fiber, ABS plastic, and automotive vinyl. Most of our products use high quality 3M attachment tape and/or stainless steel screws, depending on application. All products come with a limited manufacturer warranty. Click here for information on shipping and returns.
Q: I don't see my vehicle on your website but I want your products on it, do you do custom work?

Q: What do I do if I want to return an item?
We will be happy to refund your money for a part as long as it is returned with the blue coat wrapper still intact with the part in like new condition. While American Car Craft does accept returns, we only accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Before returning a product to American Car Craft, an (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained. We require the RMA# to be displayed on the outside of the package. If a package is received without an RMA# it will either be refused or returned at the customer's expense, without exception. Click here to go to our Shipping and Returns page, for more information. Q: My part will not adhere to the vehicle as intended, what do I do?
If the part does not adhere properly, it is typically due to improper surface preparation. Please read all instructions thoroughly before attempting to install the part. You must use a cleaner, like rubbing alcohol and adhesive promoter to prepare the surface or the part will not stick properly. We are here to help, if you have any questions please call (727 861-1500) and ask for one of our installation specialists.
Q: My Company would like to become a distributor for American Car Craft, what is needed and who do I contact?
Please start here to "Become a Dealer". Once your form is submitted we will be in touch within 24 hours.
The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions that are provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered under warranty.
Due to the high costs of merchant fees, All cancellations are subject to a 7% cancellation charge.
American Car Craft takes extra precautions to insure that all items are packaged in a way to avoid any shipping damage. If shipping damage does occur, the shipper and ACC must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
American Car Craft stands behind our products 100% and will help with installation, damage during installation is not the responsibility of American Car Craft and does NOT warrant a free replacement. Feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions, 727.861.1500 or [email protected] .
All returns require preauthorization before refunds, exchanges or credits will be processed. American Car Craft will make every effort to satisfy your needs.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from order date, with approval only. A standard 15% restock fee will be deducted from refund amount. Any unauthorized return is subject to a 20% restock fee.
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred in the process of placing the order and returning any part of the order. Returned packages must be sent prepaid, COD packages will be refused and returned at customer's expense. It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.
If you are not satisfied with your product it must be returned in new condition. If any scratches, dents, or any other discernable marks from an installation or improper handling are found your return will be denied.
Custom made items are NOT returnable.
EXPORT VEHICLE FITMENT
Most vehicle manufacturers make changes to vehicles for export out of the US. These changes may affect the fitment of AMERICAN CAR CRAFT accessories. Since AMERICAN CAR CRAFT does not have access to these vehicles we cannot be held responsible for proper fitment in these situations. If your vehicle or your customer's vehicle was manufactured for export, please be aware that we cannot guarantee fitment and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. AMERICAN CAR CRAFT is not responsible for any fitment issues that may arise and will not offer a refund of the part outside of our normal return policy or shipping costs.
ORDERS:
All Florida orders are charged 7% state sales tax.
SHIPPING:
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All orders are subject to product availability and generally ship in 7-10 business days. Expedited orders will be charged an additional $25 "expedited fee". This fee is over and above the normal cost of the order and shipping. Please call for expedited orders, 727.861.1500.
American Car Craft allows changes to an existing order for up to 24 hours, after the original was placed. If changes are required for an existing order, it will be stopped, removed from its current place in the manufacturing process, reconfirmed and reinstated at the end of the line. Any changes after 24 hours of the original order date, will be considered a new order and will receive a new order number and ETA. Due to the nature of our “Custom Made” products, this policy is necessary to insure that we maintain a consistent manufacturing time of 7-10 business days for all orders.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email.
You can track your order status online by logging in to your account, on our web-site.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
American Car Craft ships with a variety of carriers including, but not limited to UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice as longs as it meets the transit time of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process the order prior to shipment.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email to advise you of the expected delay and provide you with your options. You can choose to wait for the item, select an available product, or cancel your order. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock. Orders for products that are not available within 30 days will be cancelled. In the event that your order is cancelled you will be notified via email or phone call.
Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, backordered items, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via email or phone, should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order.
Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Some items we sell may require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.
American Car Craft reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
EXPORT VEHICLE FITMENT:
Most vehicle manufacturers make changes to vehicles for export out of the US that we have no way of knowing about. These changes may affect the fitment of American Car Craft accessories. Since American Car Craft does not have access to these vehicles, we cannot be held responsible for proper fitment in these situations. If your vehicle or your customers vehicle was manufactured for export, please be aware that we cannot guarantee fitment and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. American Car Craft is not responsible for any fitment issues that may arise and will not offer any type of refund of the part outside of our normal return policy or shipping costs.

You can help to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time with these packaging guidelines recommended by American Car Craft
- Use a rigid box with flaps intact (200 lb box recommended)
- Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are no longer applicable
- Wrap all items separately
- Use adequate cushioning material
- Use strong tape designed for shipping
- Do not use string or paper over-wrap
- MUST Include a Copy of your Completed RMA Form inside an envelope, inside the box
- Use a single address label that has clear, complete delivery and return information
- Place a duplicate address label inside the package
Step 1 Use a Corrugated Box
Whenever possible, use a new box. The more times a box is used, the more it loses its original protective qualities, so a previously used box may not adequately protect your shipment.
If you must reuse a box, make sure it is rigid and in excellent condition with no punctures, tears, rips, or corner damage, and that all flaps are intact. Remove any labels and all other shipment markings from the box.
Choose a box strength that is suitable for the contents you are shipping. Weight limits printed on the Box Maker's Certificate (found on the bottom flap of most boxes) are intended for palletized freight shipments, not for shipments through small parcel carrier environments. Following the UPS Box Strength Guidelines will help ensure your package is of adequate strength to provide sufficient protection.
Step 2 Provide Internal Protection
It is important to cushion the contents of your package properly.
Please be sure that you wrap each item separately. Fragile articles need separation from each other, and from the corners, sides, top, and bottom of the box.
Each item should be surrounded by at least two inches (5.08 cm) of cushioning and be placed at least two inches (5.08 cm) away from the walls of the box. This prevents product-against-product damage and protects contents from shock and vibration, which can pass from the outside of the box to the contents.
Please use proper cushioning material, combined with a strong outer container, to protect your shipment fully. Make sure you use enough cushioning material to ensure that the contents do not move when you shake the container.
Improper cushioning material includes clothing, blankets, towels, newspaper/newsprint, and pillows. Instead, please use the materials listed below to cushion and protect your shipment
Corrugated liners and inserts
- May be added to the package to increase strength and improve package performance
Crumpled Kraft paper
- Used primarily as a void-fill material for light-to-medium weight, non-fragile items and items that are suitable for such packing materials
- Must be tightly crumpled
- Place at least two inches (5.08 cm) of paper between contents and outer box
Step 3 Close Your Container Securely
Proper closure of your container is just as important as proper cushioning for the safety and security of your shipment.
To close a box securely, do not use masking tape, cellophane tape, duct tape, string, or paper over-wrap. Instead, use a strong tape -- two inches (5.08 cm) or more in width -- such as these types:
Pressure-sensitive plastic
- Generally the easiest, most convenient tape to use
- Versatile because it adheres without water and sticks to a variety of surfaces and shapes
Apply three strips to both the top and bottom flaps of the box. For regular slotted containers (RSC), where the flaps meet in the center, apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the middle and two edge seams are sealed. For corrugated containers where the flaps overlap (FOL), apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the three edge seams are sealed.
Nylon reinforced filament tape
- Use 60 lb (27 kg) grade tape at least three inches (7.62 cm) wide
Apply three strips to both the top and bottom flaps of the box. For regular slotted containers (RSC), where the flaps meet in the center, apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the middle and two edge seams are sealed. For corrugated containers where the flaps overlap (FOL), apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the three edge seams are sealed
Step 4 Use Proper Labeling
For fast and efficient delivery, keep these points in mind when labeling your package:
- Always include the recipient´s postal code with the complete street address. For international shipments, include a contact name, telephone number, and postal code.
- You must make every effort to obtain a street address. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Please include the apartment or unit number, if applicable.
- Place the shipping label on the top of the package. To avoid confusion, place only one address label on the package. If you are using a packing slip, place it on the same surface of the package as the address label.
- Do not place the label over a seam or closure or on top of sealing tape.
- Remove or cross out old labels or markings on a used box.
- Always include your complete return address, including full street address and postal code. For international shipments, include a contact name, telephone number, and postal code.
- Place a duplicate label or other form of identification inside your package.

American Car Craft seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.
Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.
E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.

Policies
Q: Warranty
AMERICAN CAR CRAFT LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser, for the original vehicle the item was purchased for. Shipping on a defective item is covered under American Car Craft's warranty. The warranty will notcover molding or vinyl graphics.
The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions that are provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered under warranty.
Q: Defects/Returns
If you have an item(s) that is defective you must inform the company you purchased the item(s) from immediately. Do not return an item without receiving proper authorization. If a you are unsatisfied with the product feel free to contact the company where the item was originally purchased from for their return policies. Company policies vary so be sure to follow the procedures provided.
If an item(s) was purchased directly through American Car Craft, please call American Car Craftimmediately (727-861-1500) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). American Car Craft requires the RMA# to be displayed on the outside of the package. If an item is returned without a proper RMA# no credit will be given! If an item(s) is defective, contact American Car Craft immediately to file a claim, no claims will be allowed after seven (7) days. If a customer is unsatisfied with an item(s) and would like to return it to American Car Craft, it must be returned with a proper RMA# within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. Each product needs to be returned in like-new, resale condition with proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of the product. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Shipping Damage
All parts shipped through American Car Craft are insured for the amount of the purchase. Delivery of the products in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an item(s) that is damaged or missing merchandise, immediately notify the shipping carrier and the company that the item was purchased from. Failure to contact the shipping carrier within 5 days may result in the claim being denied. Keep all shipping materials (box, packing, instructions etc.) intact until an inspection can be made by the carrier.
American Car Craft packaging has passed the UPS packaging standard tests.
