Policies
Q: Warranty
AMERICAN CAR CRAFT LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser, for the original vehicle the item was purchased for. Shipping on a defective item is covered under American Car Craft's warranty. The warranty will notcover molding or vinyl graphics.
The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions that are provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered under warranty.
Q: Defects/Returns
If you have an item(s) that is defective you must inform the company you purchased the item(s) from immediately. Do not return an item without receiving proper authorization. If a you are unsatisfied with the product feel free to contact the company where the item was originally purchased from for their return policies. Company policies vary so be sure to follow the procedures provided.
If an item(s) was purchased directly through American Car Craft, please call American Car Craftimmediately (727-861-1500) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). American Car Craft requires the RMA# to be displayed on the outside of the package. If an item is returned without a proper RMA# no credit will be given! If an item(s) is defective, contact American Car Craft immediately to file a claim, no claims will be allowed after seven (7) days. If a customer is unsatisfied with an item(s) and would like to return it to American Car Craft, it must be returned with a proper RMA# within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. Each product needs to be returned in like-new, resale condition with proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of the product. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Shipping Damage
All parts shipped through American Car Craft are insured for the amount of the purchase. Delivery of the products in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an item(s) that is damaged or missing merchandise, immediately notify the shipping carrier and the company that the item was purchased from. Failure to contact the shipping carrier within 5 days may result in the claim being denied. Keep all shipping materials (box, packing, instructions etc.) intact until an inspection can be made by the carrier.
American Car Craft packaging has passed the UPS packaging standard tests.

Q: Warranty
AMERICAN CAR CRAFT LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser, for the original vehicle the item was purchased for. Shipping on a defective item is covered under American Car Craft's warranty. The warranty will notcover molding or vinyl graphics.
The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions that are provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered under warranty.
Q: Defects/Returns
If you have an item(s) that is defective you must inform the company you purchased the item(s) from immediately. Do not return an item without receiving proper authorization. If a you are unsatisfied with the product feel free to contact the company where the item was originally purchased from for their return policies. Company policies vary so be sure to follow the procedures provided.
If an item(s) was purchased directly through American Car Craft, please call American Car Craftimmediately (727-861-1500) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). American Car Craft requires the RMA# to be displayed on the outside of the package. If an item is returned without a proper RMA# no credit will be given! If an item(s) is defective, contact American Car Craft immediately to file a claim, no claims will be allowed after seven (7) days. If a customer is unsatisfied with an item(s) and would like to return it to American Car Craft, it must be returned with a proper RMA# within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. Each product needs to be returned in like-new, resale condition with proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of the product. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Warranty
AMERICAN CAR CRAFT LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser, for the original vehicle the item was purchased for. Shipping on a defective item is covered under American Car Craft's warranty. The warranty will notcover molding or vinyl graphics.
The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions that are provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered under warranty.
Q: Defects/Returns
If you have an item(s) that is defective you must inform the company you purchased the item(s) from immediately. Do not return an item without receiving proper authorization. If a you are unsatisfied with the product feel free to contact the company where the item was originally purchased from for their return policies. Company policies vary so be sure to follow the procedures provided.
If an item(s) was purchased directly through American Car Craft, please call American Car Craftimmediately (727-861-1500) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). American Car Craft requires the RMA# to be displayed on the outside of the package. If an item is returned without a proper RMA# no credit will be given! If an item(s) is defective, contact American Car Craft immediately to file a claim, no claims will be allowed after seven (7) days. If a customer is unsatisfied with an item(s) and would like to return it to American Car Craft, it must be returned with a proper RMA# within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. Each product needs to be returned in like-new, resale condition with proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of the product. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Shipping Damage
All parts shipped through American Car Craft are insured for the amount of the purchase. Delivery of the products in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an item(s) that is damaged or missing merchandise, immediately notify the shipping carrier and the company that the item was purchased from. Failure to contact the shipping carrier within 5 days may result in the claim being denied. Keep all shipping materials (box, packing, instructions etc.) intact until an inspection can be made by the carrier.
